Camarillo Gym Plans: What's the Latest?

Over in the Pleasant Valley area of Camarillo, there's some buzz about the new gym plans from the Parks District.Looks like that survey about a tax measure didn't get enough thumbs up, so the project is on hold. Bummer, right?
